What people ask
What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
For electrical work, a drawing or a survey note; for software, a one-page description of the need. If you have neither, we scope it together in one call — the quote is itemised either way.
Are prices fixed, or do they change during the job?
The scope in the quote is fixed. Anything outside it is quoted separately as a new line item; we do not send surprise invoices. Where material prices track a foreign currency, the validity period is stated on the quote itself.
Do we keep the code and the data?
Yes. The repository is transferred to your account, and the server and database are opened in your name. The handover file documents setup, deployment and restore-from-backup — being maintainable without us is a delivery condition.
Does the site have to be bilingual?
We launch every project in Turkish and English, with the whole interface in both. Content is translated row by row: an article with no English simply does not appear on the English site — it never appears half-translated. So you are not obliged to translate 200 articles.
What is handed over when the job is finished?
The handover file contains the single-line diagram, the layout, the bill of materials, test and measurement reports and the labelling plan. Without the file the job is not finished — that file is exactly what the person opening the board in five years will need.
